Yes sir....I've had lots of fun shooting this cartridge and I dare say I've seen few that could equal it for just sheer shooting and accuracy pleasure! I built this one up a few years back using a short action Rem 700 and a Krieger 1-7" twist 26" barrel. It is absolutely deadly out to 800 yards using the recommended loading of H4831SC. I suspect on a good day it will do well at 1000 yards but I haven't tested it just yet at this distance. I recently ordered some .224 90 gr. bullets from Graf & Son and I believe with this 1-7" twist they should perform quite well. I'd gladly shake the hand of the three guys that were instrumental in designing the 22/250 cartridge!

Received the .224 caliber 90 gr. HPBT today from Graf & Son and tomorrow will give them a test at mid range and then 1000 yds. Upper bullet is the Sierra 77 gr. HPBT; lower the 90 gr. HPBT.
