Only you can determine that. As for myself, I have more time than money. OTH, I have always purchased my muzzle brakes from Harrell's Precision. Never had to wait long there. Hopefully with the change in that organization wait times ard still quite negligible.I'm trying to order a muzzle brake. What is a fair amount of time to wait for a response?

That would be a linear muzzle device. Direct gasses and sound away from the shooter but doesn't reduce recoil.Take a look at a Troy muzzle brake. It pushes everything out the front so its not as loud as the standard breaks. It has a center hole for the bullet to pass through and then smaller holes going around it for gases. I like mine over the side vent brakes.
