Muzzle brakes and more

I'm trying to order a muzzle brake. What is a fair amount of time to wait for a response?
Maybe he is way backed up.... But I'd at least like a response...

Only you can determine that. As for myself, I have more time than money. OTH, I have always purchased my muzzle brakes from Harrell's Precision. Never had to wait long there. Hopefully with the change in that organization wait times ard still quite negligible.

What type brake you looked my for?

The Hellfire brake from Area 419 works pretty well and are pretty much always in stock.

I'm using and like the 4 gill Spearhead brake.

I guess I should have been clearer. I titled this "Muzzle brakes and More because it is directed at Muzzle Brakes and More.
I have emailed Nathan and haven't gotten a response yet. I love his brakes and would like another one but no response.

I guess I'm just frustrated and venting... But - Is he Ok and just too busy to respond? Or is he not taking orders or what? Is there a better way to reach him other than email?

My smith got one for me a couple months ago. 2nd one.
I think he's on his own time.
Sometimes takes a couple of days or more for him to get back to you.

He's slow to respond. Send him a couple more over a week or two period. He'll respond.

Take a look at a Troy muzzle brake. It pushes everything out the front so its not as loud as the standard breaks. It has a center hole for the bullet to pass through and then smaller holes going around it for gases. I like mine over the side vent brakes.

Ebay, quite a selection and many machined here in the US.
I used to pay premium for muzzle brakes, until I found basically the same thing on Ebay.
One of my favorite and most efficient brakes came from Ebay

Take a look at a Troy muzzle brake. It pushes everything out the front so its not as loud as the standard breaks. It has a center hole for the bullet to pass through and then smaller holes going around it for gases. I like mine over the side vent brakes.

That would be a linear muzzle device. Direct gasses and sound away from the shooter but doesn't reduce recoil.
