Multiple shot markers

We tried to shoot multiple shot markers last week and it seemed to work out pretty good. When I got home I tried to setup a different shot marker that we didn't use at the range with my shot marker and I couldn't seem to connect it. Through some reading I found out that it was on a different channel. I changed it to channel 1(same channel my access point and other shot marker (sensor hub) was set to.

I know they are both connected but I only see 1 target. I can turn 1 sensor hub off and leave the other one on it its still connected and vice versa so I believe they are both connected, I just can't see them both at the same time.

When I connected the other ones out on the range it would put a small window with the name or the sensor number at the bottom of the screen. I'm not getting that. Both sensor hubs are #12 which I can't see that causing an issue where as the other hubs I used at the range were different.

What silly thing am I doing wrong. I'm only using 1 access point, both sensor hubs are on channel 1. Do I need to shoot at both targets to get both to register?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you have, but if two sensor hubs have been assigned to one target it will get ShotMarker confused. When you say #12, I assume you're referring to a target number and not actual sensor hub serial number. If you have a target showing at the bottom of your screen, select the target and two colored boxes will appear. Those represent the two sensor hub that have been assigned to it. Select each one separately and check the sensor hub serial numbers assigned. You will need to assign the one that's not yours a different target number. I usually delete those to where it only shows the sensor hub serial number and no target numbers. Even yours can be done this way.

This is what I mean by both being #12. The other ones that I was using were different numbers. I'm sure it doesn't mean anything. But yes, you are correct, I believe the problem is I have 2 sensor hubs that are assigned to the same target. I'm not getting a target at the bottom of the screen when I have both hubs turned on. They are both on the same channel. It seems like its reading both targets as 1. I can't get a target to show at the bottom of the screen like I did with the other shotmarker's when I was using them over the weekend.

You need to reassign one of your sensor hubs a new ID number.
Pick a number and use the command ID=(new number) just as shown.
I LOVE SMART PEOPLE!!!!!!! This was it! I definitely would have never figured that out. I want to say I wasted a whole day dinking around with this but I feel like a pro at it now.

I do have a couple more questions for you all that I can't figure out. We shoot at 600 yards. If I set the target to "IBS 600yd BR" I've been putting the grid at 1 inch. Everyone here has a 1/8 moa scope. I know I can change the grid to moa but that makes the grid huge. Is there a way to set it at 1/8 moa grid so some of the old timers that struggle with 1 click = 3/4" on a 1" grid trying to figure that out? It would be nice for them to see how many boxes they are over is how many clicks to do.

Any clue why my grid is almost out of that gray box and how to get it more centered? Its hitting the target right where I want it so its working perfectly it just bugs me that its not more centered on this.

I just posted the fix above. We had multiple sensor hubs with same ID numbers at our club. Easy to renumber.
Acyr is correct. we also had the same problem once. pick one, delete the ID number then assign it another. Write on the sensor hub the new number with a magic marker or number tag. The ID number can always be changed back if need be.

Do you have any offset values assigned in the y and x fields? Below the frame dimensions.

You may have your x and y axis mixed up with your dimensions. It looks to be a calibration problem. The box is your coverage from corner to corner of the microphones. I'm assuming your target paper is actually centered.

ya I have it centered. I think I have it 150mm offset.
