been looking at the MTM boxes, i am trying to figure out the difference between the MTM RS 100 and the MTM RM 100 what is the difference, looking at the boxes for the 223

Click on sizes. S must mean small and M means medium. Sounds like you want the RS.

ahhh, thanks i missed the box size chart. if they only were able to handle 2.8 long. i am currently loading 80gr bergers, not sure the 90 will fit

Someone on another thread i cant find suggested Berrys boxes because they split in the middle so lie flat when open on the bench.
I dont know how tall they are.
Easier to remove rounds that way as they stick out more.

Make sure you get the box(s) with the "real" hinge similar to door hinges vs the folded flap type hinge. The folded flap hinge will not stay open unless you weight it down.

yes, i hear you on the hinges, i do like them better than the one pc type where the top springs back.

Get a competition cartridge box from joe maisto.

If you keep your brass organised the mtm will spill them from their spots if turned on its side. ;( get the foam inserts.
6mm bra fit with plenty of room in r100.

I think the perfect box would carry on its side, it's such a pita to not be able to carry anything else in that hand.
