MRC V2 375 Ruger vs Ruger Hawkeye 375

I’d like a new hunting rifle and was wondering if people had experience with these guns. Things I want if people have other suggestions:
-.375 Ruger or H&H (hh is my preference so I could have more options on ammo since I don’t reload)
-Control feed action
-3 position safety
-Synthetic stock since it will be abused
-8lbs or less
-Barrel length 20-22”
-$1500ish or less

Lifetime, not including wear and tear, abuse, blah blah blah. They seem to have a bad reputation for customer service, not sure why.
Ruger probably has the best customer service in the industry. I have a NIB Ruger MKll RSM in 375H&H.

I really like the MRC X3 but the closest caliber to what I want would be .338 Win Mag. Might have to settle for that.

What I know about 375's. If you hunt the 375 H&H can be obtained in almost any country. The 375 Ruger might be found in some countries but less likely to be available. My friend purchased the Savage in 375 H&H and it kicks like a mule, not enjoyable at all. Rifle weight should be at least 9 lbs to help reduce recoil. The Ruger RSM or CZ 550 are great guns in 375 H&H. I have the CZ with the European stock and it kicks less than a 3006, very enjoyable to shoot. Everyone who has shot the CZ were amazed at the lack of recoil. I would consider a three position safety, but for dangerous game I would prefer a two position safety. Also consider if a CRF is necessary or not. I would prefer CRF for dangerous game. You might consider a Winchester M70 which is a nice rifle in 375 H&H. Just my two cents for your evaluation/thoughts. Both the CZ and Winchester can be purchased new for around $1100. A used RSM used in good condition expect prices from $1500 to $2000.

I have the 375 ruger m77 african. It was substantially cheaper than the same
model H&H. Mine looks and shoots good. My serial number is number 200 something so
I dont take it into the field. I also have the Alaskan model with a shorter barrel ang hogue stock
just in 416.
