I found a way to do it, without having to purchase some bespoke custom item. Parts will run less than $70 to make one of your own.

Can you post the links to those parts you used to make this holder? It’s really nice and I’m constantly struggling with the iPad falling over while I’m shooting. And the glare that is inherent to leaning it up against another object is tough to deal with. We shoot far more uncovered ranges than covered. This idea interests me. We have a bald eagle that this would certainly work for, but we also run a 21st century hybrid front rest that may be more difficult to attach this type of apparatus to, but I’d like to try.
