Moultrie Game Cam

First off I can't get Moultrie to respond back and apparently they do not want to talk to customers by phone because they do not have any phone contact and the one I did find online says to contact them by their website. I have a M-50 and I want to turn off the time lapse option and just use motion to take a pic. I can not figure out how to do this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
I send email awhile back and Moultrie responded in day or two. W40i less than year old won’t turn on.
They said try hard rest which I did but it still won’t turn on. They said return it will purchase receipt which I can’t find :mad: shame on me. why don’t you try hard rest wont hurt anything. Might check for firmware update.


Try a "Hard reset." To do this: (1) remove the batteries and the SD card from the camera. (2) With the batteries and SD card removed, please turn on the device (either use Quick Start or Custom Start modes) for one minute. (3) After one minute is up, turn the camera back off, insert the batteries and SD card and turn the unit back on.

I have 2 Moultrie Several years old, very satisfied with them. Bought 2 more last week, had a question about them found no published phone number. Sent an email and after 2 days received a call. If I don't find readily available phone numbers when I buy more, they will not be Moulrtie.Seems like pretty poor business model. At this time my advice is, no Moultrie, look elsewhere.
 
Moultrie has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I had a bear eat and destroy 2 trail cams. I think I emailed them, can't remember. They asked me to send them back to see what they could do for me. Turned out they couldn't repair them so they replaced both with newer upgraded version cams. Tough to beat. Especially when it was not the fault of the company.

You sir need to go to Vegas with that kind of luck. Just my two cents. Tommy Mc
 
I had trouble with my M 50 a few ago. It was only about two years old. I called and was told it was out of warranty and I was out of luck. I asked how long they usually last and was told about a year or so. Didn’t and won’t buy any more of those !! YMMV

I had an issue with WildGame cameras.
Called, emailed.
Never did get a response.

My Moultrie's are my favorite cameras. Going on 4 years now.

Purchased two of the newest Tacticam Reveal cellular trail cams. Love them. At 100.00 ea, they are great cameras. I'm paying 25.00 or month for 2 unlimited plans. Thought that was a decent price. Great pics, fast trigger speed. The only issue I've had is where I bear hunt, cell service is horrible. Swamps and cell service do not get alone. Other than that, it still takes pics to the SD card even if no service is available.
