Most accurate 6.5 creedmoor rifle

A guy I work with shoots a Savage LRP in 6.5 Creedmoor in the local matches around here, off a Harris bipod and not a rest. His F Class scores at 300 and 600 are usually mid to high 290s. He's a hell of a shooter, but that is one accurate rifle.

No internet BS here, seen it with my own two eyes, and verified by scores at Talladega and CAGC. I've never understood the attitude here about the Creedmoor cartridges.

The most precise is a rifle chambered for 6.5 mm Swedish. When the 6.5 Creedmoor will be long forgotten, you will still be able to buy high quality components for this very precise shooting cartridge, which has been ballistically superior to 7.62x51 all the time.

Why what's the attitude here about the creedmoor

What's a quality and accurate 6.5 creedmore rifle
Now that, the HYPE has dimmed a bit, on the 6.5 CM cartridge, you can probably find, one of the "variants" of, Tikka T-3, SS, 24" Hunting version with, the 1-8 twist, OR, a Tac A-1 or, CTR that WILL shoot,.. "lights out" !
Put, a YoDave spring, in the Trigger, check the Free Floated forends for "clearance", Lap / Polish, the barrel smoothly / carefully with, some JB's slathered on, a Bronze Brush / Patch and break barrel in, "properly" ! BEST deal for, a Factory "Shooter",.. in the Gun Market ! Smooth Bolt lift, light weight, well balanced and TOUGH rifles. Save, the rest of your Money for, a GOOD, Scope ! There are very, VERY, FEW,.. bad shooting, Tikka's !
Usually those, are owned by guys that, don't know much about, Rifles and or, how to reload for, them.

I was the one of the first guys in my neck of the woods to buy a 6.5 Creed. At the time no one had one and everybody thought I was nuts. I recall buying 8 boxes of Hornady Match 140 grain ammo at a gun shop for $100. The owner was so happy to get rid of it. There's nothing wrong with the caliber. It's the media that ruined it. I've been to many venues where I heard owners, gun gurus, media types extol the virtues of the 6.5 Creed. And nothing is true. The whole concept was based on the bullet. Caliber is important, but lets face the facts, everyone that shoots a 6.5 caliber bullet in whatever fetish they prefer and regardless of their sex or gender has a hidden drawer of bras, panties, jock straps, vibrators, and plugs. :p:D:eek:

I prefer black.
