More pressure with 6mmBR small primer?

I have 257RAI with .0005" extractor groove growth that is a precursor to primers get loose or fall out with loads that Quickload thinks are 57,000 psi.

I expect that number to be higher with 6mmBR.
The 6mmBR case head is an 1892 7x57mm Mauser case head, but with a small primer pocket.

That's about the most extractor groove growth we like to see. Keep in mind with QuickLOAD that you need to input your actual case capacity and exact seating depth. Also, sometimes the bullet dimensions are off a bit. All those things can translate to "real world" pressures that are quite a bit different than the projections.
