More accurate of the two?

For those of you who have owned both the Win 9422 and the Marlin 39-A, which did you find to be the most accurate~??

I have both, but don’t know which is more accurate. Never really did a side by side comparison. They are both quite accurate, but can’t compete with my Tikka T1X.

I have owned both and the 39-A was the most accurate. Neither would compete with a decent bolt action 22 these days.

I think both are capable of good accuracy for lever guns. Which one is best is going to come down to individual rifles.

My 9422 has a Williams peep sight mounted on the receiver grooves and it's a really good shooter but I also know the 39As that I've shot over the years were really good too.

Flip a coin. You'll be happy with either

Maybe I should expound. I presently have the aforementioned Winchester 9422, a 1958 vintage Marlin
39 Mountie, both of these with 4X scopes and a Marlin 1897 Texan (39A action) with Williams peep receiver sights. Though both Marlins shoot well, within my own limitations, the Winchester outshoots them by a little bit. The Henry 001 is in there somewhere between the two Marlins. It is also a fine rifle.
