I ordered 1300 pieces of Lapua .243 brass form these guys. I was a little leery at first as they are a pretty new company and there were some bugs as their web page was being worked on, but the price was too good to pass up. On top of the already great price, I got an automatic 10% discount for buying the quantity that I did. All brass showed up 4 days later in factory new packaging, all same lot, just as advertised. I thought it was worth mentioning as they are not very well-known, but they are a site sponsor here. I will definitely buy from them again!

What type of shipping costs do they charge

I have ordered Bullets from Monmouth and processed LC brass in .223 and .308 from Texas Brassworks, an affiliated company, and gotten great products and fast service from both companies. They also send a few extra cases over the ordered amounts.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with either again. As to shipping, I don't recall the amounts when I ordered bullets from Monmouth, but I think for the brass they used USPS Priority Mid sized boxes with no markup on USPS rates, which are very cheap for the weight you can ship in one of those boxes.

Same here. My order was shipped in USPS flat rate boxes at what appeared to be actual cost. No complaints.

I ordered 1k of 40 S&W brass for $28 plus shipping. Great Price..... but I received no more 600 pieces. Told them about it but no action was taken. Disappointed? Heck Ya. I've done business with Texas Brassworks before and they have not disappointed. Hope you guys have a better experience.

I've ordered from Monmouth several times now; they're my preferred source of LC brass, and they've never disappointed.

I like my LC covered in filth with the crimp intact; that's how I know that 'once fired' really means 'once fired'...

Tried making a small order from them for the 1st time almost a week ago. Still hasn't shipped. Tried emailing customer service. No reply. It leads me to believe they didn't actually have the brass in stock that they said they did on their website. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.

They say on their website they'll give you $5 off if you write a positive review on social media/message boards. That's fine - but when you have poor customer service it motivates people to post more honest reviews than the 'paid' reviews.

They are definitely not as well discussed on the forums as other companies but I have dealt with them on several occasions and my experience matches yours. Product arrived as described and shipping was quite fast. I bought some discounted aero upper receivers off them and thought I got a great deal.

I'll give them another positive reference. I purchased an AR15 upper from them in April. I believe it shipped the same day. I'm just a state away, so the item was in my mailbox 2 days later (ordered April 10, delivered April 12). Very happy with their service and will order from them again when the need arises.
