model 70 stock

I have a post 64 model 70 long action, it has a broken stock and was given to me.

My question is can I put a featherweight stock on it? I like the Schnabel forends and checkering design.

Also is there a such thing as a stock with a Schnabel fore end and a cheek piece?

There really is no such thing as a Win "Long" action. There are standard length (30-06, 300 mag Etc.), and varying degrees of short, depending on the year and caliber. It gets a little confusing from about 1985 or so. What round is your rifle chambered for?

It's a .300 Win Mag
