mix up with forster dies FL and Neck sizing dies

i bought a forster .270 win die set with a bench rest seater, neck sizer and a full length sizer but my neck sizer looks exactly the same as the FL sizing die.
i resized a few cases with the neck sizing die and noticed the whole case was resized i also noticed the scuff marks on the cases body this tells me the
cases was full length resized and not neck sized.
does this mean forster mixed up their dies?

Call them monday with your findings.They are going to have to replace the die by the sounds of it.

Just get a refund on the neck die, you don't need it anyway.

Did you try the other die to see of it was somehow the neck sizer die?

Both dies looks exactly the same but FLS and NS are engraved on the dies I have tried both and measured the cases and both measured the same
