Mitutoyo Digital Tube Micrometer?

Anyone know where I can find the Mitutoyo Digital Tube (ball style) micrometer, 0-1"? Basically, this guy:

only digital. Having a heck of a time finding one.

Check on eBay frequently. These items come up fairly regularly -- and often go for low prices. Be sure to search for possible mis-spellings of Mitutoyo, e.g. Mitoyo, Mitatoyu. When a seller misspells his title the pool of bidders will shrink significantly. Same thing with gauge, guage, gage.

I was looking for one of these this w/e - emailed Miutoyo UK and they don't seem to make it anymore. They suggested their model 117 http://www.mitutoyo.co.uk/MitProd/mtopr.nsf/UNIDS/6C501101D82118B58025693C00449C7C!Opendocument but the anvil face doesn't have the ball on the end. Apparently a 'v anvil' is also available for the 117 which will do the same job as a ball anvil (so I'm told).

PowderMonkey: Just a suggestion. You may want to consider a tubing mic that has a taper on the end of the adjustable stem, shaped like the heel of a boatail bullet. Most of the tubing mics I've looked at have the large diameter flat surface, and if you're trying to measure a short necked case, like a 223, you cannot get far enough onto the neck of the case before the stem will contact the shoulder area. Not knowing any better, I bought the Lyman when they first became available, and quickly found this to be a shortcoming.

my mitutoyo CD 6"CSX digital is far more versitile. the different blades allow inside and outside measurments. paid about $90 with shipping on ebay. the quaity of this brand just blows away the usual cheap ones. the large digital numbers are easy on the eyes. the tube style is less useful.

Newbie, thanks for that link! I just picked that same one (used) up off Ebay for $89, nice to know I got a good deal. Thanks to the Moderator for suggesting Ebay- I don't usually do a lot of business there so I had forgotten to check.
