Mitutoyo 22 Gauge help...

ISS

Gold $$ Contributor
Several months ago there was a Mitutoyo #7326 gauge that had been modified to use as a 22lr rimfire thickness gauge posted here for sale. It sold before I could buy it. I found a used 7326 here for sale, and bought it. Can the original seller DM me with details on how it was converted?

thanks, in advance,

Rich

Here’s the original ad

Appears all that is needed is to remove the anvil, mill off some of the anvil support and open the original hole for the anvil up to fit a 22 case. Least I assume the anvil is piloted into the support? Good luck!
