Does anyone have any experience with the above named scope? I understand that it has lens from Schott glass. What is the approximate value of this scope? Thanks
Minox ZA 5 4x-20x with target knobs.

James, I have no direct experience with the ZA 5 4-20 but I do have three ZA 5 3-15x56 scopes on hunting rifles. The glass quality (it is Schott glass) is outstanding - crystal clear edge to edge, very bright and excellent contrast. Adjustments are completely reliable and deliver good feel. All in all, I think the ZA 5s are pretty good stuff and represented an excellent value. I paid less than $500 each for the 3-15x56s when new, about eight years ago. I considered that a great deal for what I got.
As for value of the 4-20, I haven't a clue. I haven't seen or noticed too many of these for sale (used, I'm assuming). What's always true is that something is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it....
