Minox scopes any good?

I recently posted a WTB for a Zeiss Conquest scope they no longer make. A fellow refered me to Minox scopes and i got on a site and did a little reading on them. They sound like a decent scope for hunting. I am asking from you fellows for any information on them from previous users or from anyone who may be using one now. How is the quality of construction and is the glass nice and clear? I saw that they said they use schott glass from Germany so they say. If a scope is using schott glass does that mean that it will be of a higher quality than what some use? I have and have used different Conquest scopes and am very happy with them. I would'nt mind trying one of these out for the price but not if they are not worth it. Give me some wise advise fellows and thanks for any help givin.

Thank you,
Dan

If someone covered the Minox and Zeiss Conquest and both had the same reticle, there would be NO distinguishable difference between the two. Yes, Minox are very good hunting scopes. The glass is in fact made by Schott, with a different coating formulation than used on the Zeiss.
