Milwaukee Pack Out boxes for Hauling Shooting Gear

My buddies are using these. Mostly the tray type for smaller stuff.

I have a Ridgid rolling box that I use for targets, front rest, rear bag and ammo, and a nesting top box for tools and cleaning supplies (and whatever else fits.)

We have the set up and they are great. Bottom box has pillow sand bags and eye/hearing protection, seafoam, brake cleaner, canned air, barrel coolers, etc.
Top left is ammo box. We have fit 100rds of ammo for 6 shooters in it no problem.
Top right is cleaning box. The dividers are great for keeping things organized.

All in all, they were a great investment. My employer bought me some for specialty parts at work, and I bought some for my hobby LOL.

P.S.- ignore the bullets on top, been busy casting.

That’s a good price on the Rigid rolling box. Are you satisfied with the way it rolls and the box itself?

That looks like a good solution. The wheels are a good idea.

I got this box as a gift from a golf outing.. It's really too heavy when fully packed. I think the sears was $40. The thing I like about it is it's long enough to hold a tripod. 26"

Rolls fine, though the wheels like to pick up shards of bullet jackets. The actual lower box itself is just that - a box with a handle. It holds my front rest, rear bag, a couple of ammo boxes, arbor press and a couple of die boxes, targets, a couple of towels for padding, and a notebook with a ton of (oddly shaped) room to spare. The extendable handle can be a little finicky to lower sometimes; rocking it side to side a bit helps the locking pins retract. Other than that, I have no complaints with it.

In case the links didn't explain it (I didn't really look at them), the tray thing attaches to the base lid. The base lid lifts off (along with the tray); the tray lid will flip open with the handle retracted. If needed, you can stack a second tray as well (though I don't know how that affects access to the lower tray in that config.)

Thanks, I got the lower rolling box coming to the house for $64 and change. Looking forward to it for storage and transportation for front rest and all bags and arm pillows.

Looks like that would be pretty handy. I actually just looked at these at my local Home Depot. They were having a special on them and had a big display of them just inside the main doors. They are a little spendy but the same thought crossed my mind as well since I haul a crap load of stuff to the range.

I save a bit of space by standing my rest on its side on the two legs and the stock stop (width of the legs just fits.) Fits the rear bag alongside, leaving room for a notebook, target faces, ammo box(es), die box(es) and arbor press (piled on top of padding - towels, mostly. I'm too cheap to get pillows.) Room left over for other stuff as well, but that stuff just gets piled in on top of everything else.

What set did you end up buying and how well did it work for you ?

I bought two of the milwaukee boxes for packing stuff in.
I have not picked up the dolly or wheeled box yet.

I seen Steve Hoskins using this at the Rendezvous Match and I think this is where I will end up.
