Mike just doesn’t dink around with a website, advertising, phone calls, etc. Send him an email with exactly what you want and your information. He will promptly return your email with specific payment instructions and when to expect your guide, which for me he has always delivered ahead of his estimated ETA. He is a man of his word and very easy to work with.
