Yes, a tuner! Lol!

I don't, because there is an infinite number of OD's to match, if that's what one is after. It'd be pretty easy for a 1.250 straight though, for example. Beyond straights, no way to match every contour, at every length cut at..etc. That said, even of the same material, it would change your tune simply by having it screwed on. It complicates things way more than meets the eye. Every joint moves at high freqencies.
