I understand that Mark Liebetrau won the WI State Palma and Brian Mrnak won the WI L-R Aggregate. Conditions were "challenging" for the 1000 yard events fired yesterday.

That’s a good question. I know several very good TR shooters in Wi that didn’t participate. And Drew shot Tuesday-Friday, but didn’t stay for the weekend.
