Midwest F-Class Championship Elk River Sportsman's Club

It looks like i'll be able to make this one again this year. It will be a nice to get some mid range shooting in before nationals.
 
Congrats Pat! The way Chris has been shooting, I guessing he made you sweat it out. If Brian B successfully made the trip up North, I'm sure he was in the chase too and if Eric hadn't been at out at our Great Plains LR Regional this weekend, I'm guessing he would have been hot on your heels as well. Drew
 
Drew, you're gonna be surprised when you see the results. There were 3 high masters today...me being one of them...that threw a 6. And I was aiming 9 on the opposite side. Conditions were brutal.

But Pat showed us that it CAN be done. No doubt, he's an exceptional shooter.

I did peek at the forecast and saw that the winds could be nasty for you. That's part of the fun, right?? How did FTR play out?
 
Greg Seifert won ftr with his .223. He did a great job in that big wind. I scored for his last string today while he shot a 194. After he shot it was my turn and I shot a 193 with my brx. It's not often I get outshot by a .223. A fun weekend of shooting mid range in the wind.

5 points difference between 1,2&3 in f tr. Great shooting from Greg for coming from behind in the last match and win it. Chuck and myself fell apart the last match on the other side of the range.
