What type of Match is this? PRS Style? Benchrest? Silhouette? 3 Position? Apple Seed?

Hey Russ, it's just a fun match benchrest for .22 LR. Shoot USBR target at 50, 10 reactive targets (dum dum suckers) at 75 yards, and then 10 larger flat suckers at 100 so far. Then there's a bonus round at 100 based on the Know Your Limits target, but the corresponding disc sizes are printed on paper. 8 shots at any disc you choose. Come on over and try it out! I started shooting with those guys last year in these matches and they're pretty fun, and competitive!

Thanks Steve.
I was hoping someone would give more information about the match. If I showed up with an ARA Bench rest single shot rifle and a rest or a Marlin Nylon 66 it kinda matters as to what the course of fire is.
Considering i live 4 miles from that range...

The USBR 50 yard allows unlimited sighters, and can go back to sighters any time. The 2nd and 3rd rounds have 15 rounds each total, and then the 8 rounds for the bonus shoot. A couple boxes should be plenty. The only restriction to speak of is not being able to use a 1 piece rest, and being only .22 LR Rimfire.

We had 8 shooters show up for a test of wind skills today. Wind was switching at times, gusting, but pretty much in play the entire match. This was our last scheduled match of the season, with talk of having a "cold shoot" in December sometime possibly. Anyway, we had a great time with friends made thru these matches over the last year or so. It was close to the end and I was able to pull out a good KYL bonus round to pull ahead for a win. Joe Young finished a strong 2nd place, with John York placing 3rd. We appreciate everyone who has been coming to these events and to all the visitors we've had this year! Here's hoping for a better season next year and hope to see all of you out there for the next match! Thanks again, and look forward to next season!

1st Place - Steve Moffitt
2nd Place - Joe Young
3rd Place - Jonathan York

Till next match!
