No proof of most accurate but Redding Micrometer (Comp) dies does have the case alignment insert. Frankfort Arsenal also makes a Universal Micrometer Seater die that includes caliber specific inserts that are advertised as case alignment features as well. I own both and happy with results from each.Who makes the most accurate (screw into the press) micrometer seating die ?
Making sure the case neck is aligned with the bullet seems to be a fair bit important
YepI'm more interested in the shape of the seating pin. All of them do not fit the tip of your bullet properly.
This die ?The best micrometer seating die is a newlon blank reamed with your reamer
This one
I didn't see a screw in the press die on their siteWilson.
Watch Eric Cortina using a wilson die. The measurement is from the top of the bullet seater holder to the bottom of the bullet seater, using a Vernier calliper.Wilson.
