Who makes the most accurate (screw into the press) micrometer seating die ?
Making sure the case neck is aligned with the bullet seems to be a fair bit important

No proof of most accurate but Redding Micrometer (Comp) dies does have the case alignment insert. Frankfort Arsenal also makes a Universal Micrometer Seater die that includes caliber specific inserts that are advertised as case alignment features as well. I own both and happy with results from each.

RCBS Competition Seater Die!! If you can't find one in the caliber you want, find used, get the alignment sleeve from RCBS that fits your caliber. An extended shell holder will let you sear "short cases".
The earlier seaters had a "detent" in the Micro top. Good luck finding one of those.
Seating? It's a "feel thing". You fit it to YOUR chamber.

My $0.02… Redding or Forster will give you equally good results. Forster is usually a little less expensive and the dial is larger so it’s easier to read and finer adjustments can be made (the dial is larger diameter and the space between each 0.001” is greater). I would easily recommend the Forster. (But, either will give equal results based on every review involving direct comparisons I’ve read and my personal experiences).
