On the same day as the defeat of the "test balloon" of "migrant amnesty" in the US Senate, I found out about this paper via Fox News:

If this is the standard by which Mexico treats non-citizens, WHY IS VINCENTE FOX PRESSING FOR "HUMANE" TREATMENT OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TO THE US?
Please pass this along to all interested parties - and use it against anyone claiming that we need to be more humane towards "undocumented workers".
