I bought one of them high priced bore guides a while back. Matter of fact, I have 3 of the higher priced guides, different makers. The most expensive is NO better the least expensive.

Not sure if he's still making them, but the absolute best bore guide I own is from customreloadingtools.com

Made of Delrin for my Cooper M38 and M21 with solvent port and o-ring chamber seal, it's the best fitting and well made of four other brands I own, most from Sinclairs. Mine was purchased four years ago from Brad at CRT.

Glad i got my collection of them. He sold the design to another guy- i think from oklahoma near him- but i dont think hes made the first one yet

Another thumbs up for the Lucas Custom Bore Guide (if he is still making them). This is a two piece guide made of Delrin polymer that works with Dewey, Bore Tech, and Tipton rods. Great fit and great value - much better performance than other mass produced Delrin based products. I have purchased this product for 5 different firearms.
