Meloniting

I can't find the links to who is meloniting barrels and actions?
Also I was wondering if you have a fluted barrel done is there a way of taking off the coating say on the raised portion of the flutes or in the flutes them selves to have a contrast? And should you send a stripped receiver and bolt also along with bottom metal? Thank You, RW
