Measuring AA2520 charges

Wondering how you guys measure out AA2520? Do you use a Chargemaster, or Lite, or powder throw, etc?? I tried 2520 in a RCBS Lite, and made a mess, those micro minnie balls just bounced right out of the pan, and the finished charges in the pan were not close to being accurate??? I would have spent more time correcting the majority of the charges measured out by the Lite than just using the Lee scoop like I did.

I cut a slot out of a plastic medicine bottle, just enough that the spout can fit through, place it on the pan and re:ZERO the scale.

I use an old RCBS Uniflow. The Harrells are beautiful works of art, but much more expensive.
I have 2 old Uniflows. I made a baffle for them and use the pistol chamber for rifle cases. With 2 taps at top and 2 taps at bottom it is very consistent.

I recently loaded 100 rounds of 308 with A2520 dropped 43.8 grains from my Redding BR-30 with zero charge deviation. I love both of my Reddings. Best money I’ve ever spent on loading equipment.

Redding BR powder thrower. A 2520 has got to be the smoothest, most consistent powder ever for throwing charges. The most repeatable powder- 2 thumbs up.

I started using a lyman 55 for topic powder. It works great for me and very little deviation. I keep my throw constint evey time doing the exact same process and there is no change in the process. That is from my chargemaster lite scale though down to .1 . Im going to make a baffle next though.

Anyone used a LEE powder measure with AA2520? I know of the buy once/cry once theory but $200 for the BR30 is a bit rich for my purpose, etc.

My two RCBS throwers throw ball powder just as consistent as my BR-30. My four Lyman 55's work well also. Depending on the charge weight, I may change the width and depth of the chamber opening. Now days I just use a thrower per powder. Check weight on first couple throws an keeping adding powder around the half empty point.
