Would anyone know if a Game Scout stock made for a Howa sporter barrel would have enough material to be opened up to a factory #6 Howa barrel?

I don't know the dimensions of a #6 Howa barrel but if it is any bigger than a Krieger #3, It wouldn't be something I would want in a Game Scout.

Ok thanks for that info, and I will do some comparison on it compared to the#3 Krieger.
The Howa#6 measures.835 by the muzzle and .903 around the end of the front part of the factory stock.

That is about the same size as a Remington Varmint contour. I would want a Game Warden stock for that size barrel. I have seen a Game Scout with a Rem Varmint barrel in it. I think it looked out of place.
