pictures would help a lot as guys dont know exactly what you are selling
to be blunt hall made a couple of large actions and the exact action model designation would also help
and halls have not been made for years so,was this ordered for an action you had
more information and the right kind if information would help you sell this new stock, and who inletted it and the manufacture model number or reciept or end of the shipping box indicating what it was

By HV do you mean a Hall B action, not a M or a Std?
I did not receive any
HV would refer to Heavy Varmint barrel contour

It would help the seller's sale if he could specify which Hall action stock is inletted for. All of Hall's actions can accept a HV barrel contour but the actions have different diameters.
Std = 1.375"
M = 1.50"
B = 1.75"
Also, Std actions have no serial # prefix. M And B actions have a serial # prefix of M or B.
PS: If my aging memory is correct, I believe the M and B actions are slightly longer than the Std. as they have a longer tenon.

Found 1980's Hall catalog that I had. Std action is 7 inches long. M & B actions are 8 inches.
