Maximum neck diameter for 6PPC

I'm considering moving to a larger neck diameter on my 6PPC. I have done some research and it looks like at a .270" diameter there will still be .002" to .003" on diameter for neck turning. Is anybody out there running a.270" neck?

Yes I do and you are correct - about 0.003 (Lapua Brass)
