Hi guys,
Sorry a bit late with posting the results. We had a corrupted computer file. A friend was able to reconstruct from the raw data. No changes to the results announced at the match. Now all is now right with the world.
This was the first of 6 registered IBS matches for our 2018 / 2019 season. Happy to be able to report that our new target spread with the 12” x 14” rectangular sighter plates hung between the score targets at 600 yards was a success. Scores were much improved over our old system of clays on a berm at 625 yards. See attached.
Next registered match is Saturday December 22nd, so if driving down to see relatives over the holidays, heck, pack your bench gear and enjoy summer like weather and shoot.
I will start another thread soon to announce a 2 day match to be held January 26th and 27th. 2019, it will be the inaugural Florida 600 yard IBS Championship. Getting a flier and more details together, available soon. Feel free to respond directly to me at stevekrauss@live.com if interested.
I had had an injury about 6 weeks ago, that has had me under house arrest. Do not know when I will be able to get back in the action, but we have a great group on the match committee that is keeping things on track.
Steve
