Yes, I just got a response from them a little bit ago and they can only change reticles within the same reticle type. I wanted to change from an MTR-1 reticle to a fine crosshair with dot and they cannot do that. Also, the scope has to be shipped back to Japan, so total cost with shipping may be cost prohibitive.Yes. They do. I just contacted them the other day on this. See attached email I got from them.

USPS had it there (from Colorado) in 3 days.
March was fast on the repair and the communication from Mari was exemplary.
Today, I would not hesitate for a second to send one back.
