Manners Stocks Customer Service

I have a Manners MCS-TF4A stock. A couple little chunks popped off the rear on the adjustable cheek. I sent a picture of the damage to Manners to see what they thought about the damage. Justin told me to send it in and they would fix it. He e-mailed me a label so I sent it in the same day. After I sent it in, I thought oh crap, I forgot to ask how long it would take to fix. I shoot with some guys and am getting ready for a shoot off and kicking butt right now and need my rifle while I'm in the groove. So I called them to see how long it will take and they said they will fix it as soon as they get it and ship it back the next day. Then they said anything I need they would take care of ASAP. We all know how long it takes to get a custom stock made.These guys are really good at making stocks and fixing any problems you have after getting the stock. Justin and Robert have been very good to deal with. It's refreshing to deal with a company like Manners.
 
I ordered some touch up paint from them about a year and a half ago. Gave them my CC# and address. Didn’t see it in a week, called them back and asked about it, was told they’d get it out. I’m still waiting...lol. But I do like and use their stocks.

I picked up a flat top Manners off a prize table and sent it in for inletting and a mini chassis expecting a few month wait. It was back on my door step, completed, in 3 weeks. Those guys are all good people and Tom is extremely generous when it comes to supporting matches.
 
My hat's off to Manners. I just got a e-mail from UPS that my cheek is on it's way home. I called Manners on Thursday, They sent me a label right then, I sent the cheek to them the same day. It will be back 8 days later on Friday damage fixed. I don't know how it could have turned out any better. Thanks Manners. You guys have great service and make a really good stock.
