Magnium Research Lone Eagle HELP!!

I have a lone eagle in 30-06. I've machined a new firing pin for it due to my dumb a$$ dry firing it to feel the break in the trigger. Seemed to work fine afterwards, BUT new issue. The whole rear breach has play in it when I have a round chambered and when I pull the trigger it just goes "click" instead of the usual muel kick to the arm. So I took it down and while doing so the whole assembly on the barrel unscrewed and looks like a bunch of rust and oil (possibly anti seize). So do I clean this off and put lock tight on this or is there another reason why this part came loose. Thanks in advance. Picture should show what I'm dealing with at the moment.

First off how did dry firing it damage it? Second- it fired with the old pin in it and you made a new one and now it doesnt work? did they send you a print for a pin or did you measure the bad one to make a new one?

It's a funky looking firing pin, the tip of it seemed to just pop off and hit a wall when i pulled the trigger and I was able to locate the piece and replicate it on a lathe. It did fire just fine the the remand pin using a piece of a drill bit, but what is considered the "hammer" is built into the hand grip and modulates a fulcrum the pushes the pin into the primer. So My problem is that the but end of the cannon swivels a bit out of position and dosent allow the pin to be hit hard enough to set off the primer. (Pic of broken pin and my makeshift pin)
