So, a couple of weeks ago my almost 4 years old Magneto decided it had done enough. Called the company and they said to send it in even though it was way past warranty. Got an email today from them saying they were sending out a brand new unit out today! That's pretty good customer for an electronic item that old.

Glad to hear there are still some companies that have fine customer service and back up their products like this.
