Magazine interchangability for Tubb 2000

I own a Tubb 2000 and I wonder if anyone knows whether an AR-10 or an SR-25 magazine will fit the Tubb 2000?

McMillan no longer offers a 20 round magazine.

Thanks

SR-25 mags are what the Tubb was designed around.

AR-10 mags will not work. They can be modified, but I dont kow how and dont know if they will work 100%.

The DPMS 20 round mags are a clone of the SR mags, but rumor has it that they dont work 100% in any caliber other than the 308.

SR mags run $85-100 in either 10 round or 20 round. AR15.com or biggerhammer.net has for sale areas.

I tried a 20 rnd. steel DPMS magazine in my Tubb 2000. It fit too tightly, would not drop free and would not feed reliably. Only tried one as they were in wrappers in a retail store. It would override when picking up cartridges from the right side. Haven't tried any 20 rnd. SR-25 magazines, but pretty sure they will work properly.
