Maddco Barrel in US

Do you guys know if there is a distributor/importer for Maddco Barrels in the US? Or how someone in the US may acquire one?

Just curious, why are you in search of a Maddco when there are are such a large number of barrel manufacturers in the US?

Not sure whether Maddco still export out of Australia. I don't believe they produce as many barrels as they once did, and while they produce an excellent barrel, with everything you guys have available in the US, I just can't see the point of wanting to try one. Tell your mate to grab a Bartlein and be happy.

Another gunsmith to ask would be Mark Chesebro of Chesebro rifles. He bought out MT Guns a few years ago so he may have contact for Maddco through Mac Tilton.

Not sure why you would think the distributor for Barnard actions would have a lead on Maddco barrels.

Barnard actions are made in New Zealand not Australia. Two different countries with different firearms laws
