I'm not not having any such luck. I've emailed him several times, (twice since Jan 2nd) and I have not heard back yet. I know Adam is a stand-up guy. But, it's this reason I don't deal with any vendors in my line of work that don't have a phone # where you can talk to an actual live person instead of bouncing mails for several hours to several days for a concern/question that can usually be taken care of 99% of the time with a 1-4 min phone call.From his website:
