Morning:I've had a couple and still have one with a few barrels, the ones I have are pretty tight chambers and the 7WSM is a tight neck chamber that you have to turn the necks. The guns shoot great but thee weak link, at least for me, is the extractor system. It's iffy on all the ones I've owned. If the lever doesn't want to come down then recock and snap it again, a lot of times this will allow it to extract. As others have mentioned, don't dry fire it!! It's a neat gun that's accurate and easy to tote but when I carry it hunting I also carry a short cleaning rod in case a empty piece of brass won't extract.
THANK YOU
Really easy to shoot the MOA
Side view shows firing pin transfer lever.
S safe
F fire
To load it place transfer to “S”
cock hammer back and push trigger guard forward which lowers the breech block.
Close action and push down on firing pin transfer switch. Now you can shoot it.
After shooting it push up on transfer switch up, open action tilt muzzle up and fired case should drop out.
Hope this helps
Steve
Glad to help! How long is your barrel? 358 Winchester will have some recoil.

Thank you for the info and your reply.Sometimes they can be fairly snug, and that is with a new gun. It might have kind of "glued" itself to the frame after all these years.
IIRC, there is a kind of "S" shaped spring wire held in place on one end, with a screw and the other end fits in a groove on a pin that goes thru the forearm holder into a hole in the barrel to kind of lock the barrel in place. You used to be able to have different barrels fitted to your frame and MOA would sell you a wrench to change barrels. Barrels were s/n to the gun. There was also a scope mount available.
Thank you for the info and reply. They came a spanner wrench for barrel removal and installation
I really appreciate the pics and ALL of the helpMade sure what I told you was correct. Removed two forearm screws and it slides off.
