Who is Hensler and low and high charge range

Jerry Hensler is a Texas benchrest shooter and probably was the leading mad scientist in the sport. Some time back he switched from CF to RF benchrest. Back in the day he spent a lot of time on powder measure design and the measure offered here is an example of what he came up with and sold. It has a much narrower charge weight range, that was designed for the 6PPC rather than as an all around measure. The measures that are currently made by Mike Bryant use the same design for their measuring cavity and adjustment mechanism.
