Lyman 35x

I have aquired an old Lyman Perma-center
35x scope , with dot and target adj. Clear as a bell, but the adjustments don't work on the windage side. Do any of you know someone that repairs these old scopes ? It's too nice to trash , and I would like to put it on an old 40x 222 I have.
Thanks, Tom

Make sure the set screw(s) are tight that hold the knob to the adjustment stem. Wally Siebert used to work on these; don't know who took that business over, if anyone.
