Lyman 15X Super Targetspot ??

I just picked up one of these scopes in the orig. dovetail box. I was trying to find the approx. year it was manufactured. Serial is #8546, any help would be greatly appreciated......I have been poking around online for a few days and have come up short so far. Thanks for your time & input....
