lumpy powder

I just opened a new jug of H4350 and began pouring it in my dispenser and noticed there were quiet large lumps of the powder clumped together.

Should I exchange this powder or use it?

Never had this problem before.

I've had jugs of lumpy powder in the past, I never really noticed any difference in performance though. The powder I had was Data 74, good stuff, I just broke it up and mixed in with the rest, no apparent problems. The lumps were very fragile I could not pick them up without them breaking up.
