lt 30 and lt 32 in 222m?

I have been looking at the write-ups about the new lt 30/32 and it seems to be very good, I have found no load data on either for the 222m, I can work up some re 222/223 data and my water volume,

however I was curious if any one here has tried either in a 222m with 50/55 grainers
