Looking to replace my hunting air rifle scope....

I just had my Air gun tuned up, and I am looking to purchase a new scope for it.
I use it for pest control in the city. Looking for something that can focus down to 10ish yards.
I as thinking of a 4-12 range scope. I would also like to stay in the $100 -$150 range.

Any suggestions.

Look at the Hawke Vantage really hard. A little more $$ but much better choice.

I saw that, and the Athlon Talos…. $160ish bucks..... but it has side focus... I really like that feature better then the end objective adjustment.
I also like to stay with 1" tube since the mount I have on my air rifle is a 1 pc mount with 1" rings.

Found the Burris 2-7 and a Vortex 3-9. Both for right at $150

Swift used to sell a 3-9 AO and a 4-16AO air rifle scopes. I don’t know their current catalog but Google is your friend. I believe they might be a bit pricier than your specifications but my 3-9 has been a dandy 10 meter scope and on a rifle of more power than mine I’m sure it would serve as well.

Might be a little much but the vortex crossfire 2 in 6x18 with AO is very nice and can be found on sale alot... I have one on a .308 heavy barrel and it has been very nice s far....

I am really happy with my athlon argos btr not sure what the price is on a 4-12 my 8-34 was way above your budget.

As long as it's not a springer , any of those listed should be good . Make sure they adjust down to the range you need ( objective )

I got 2 of the Cabelas 4-12 air rifle scopes for my QB78s I haven't shoot them much yet but they seem good.

I cant testify to the glass quality on the neos line but i am very happy with the 370 dollar argos btr i have, clear glass and tracks dead on.

I have a Athlon Argos 4-16x40 SFP that I'm happy with for the money. It focuses down to 10Y with it's side focus. Glass is decent and it's mil turret/mildot ret. Past 5 mils I dial, inside 5 mils I shoot with it on 10x for holdovers/holdoffs to be correct, unless I'm hunting up closer in which case I have it on 4x.

As far as versatility, considering price, it's as good as you can find/ $169

Bushnell Elites
Leupold 3-9x33 EFR
Hawkes are quite good.

Bushnell elites are springer tough. I never broke one on many magnum springers.
