Looking to purchase older SK standard plus

It’s a long shot but I’m guessing this lot and ammo was purchased probably 10 years ago. Shoots really well in my Vudoo and would like to find some more ? Don’t know if it’s the lot or if they have changed something?
01943 20182 lot #
Let me know if you have anything you want to part with. Thank you

Give up! Mine shot that lot# phenomenal! Spent hours on the phone, placed ads. No bueno. I did find a lot# of long range match that holds great vertical out to 300. That lot# is 1/2 gone now too! Oh well. Lapua just got new lot#s in. Test time again.

I'll will check my stash. Don't know if it's the lot number thou. It's been in storage for a long time. I usually used it on my Anschutz and my Kimber 22 rifle collection. Shot excellent out to 100 yards.

Matty,
Here's a tip, may get you no where, but may help. SK Standard Plus was the exact same as Wolf Match Target, just like SK Rifle Match was the exact same as Wolf Match Extra. This being when Wolf contracted Lapua to private brand for them, which a lot this old would be during that time period. The lot numbers should be the same for both, Wolf or SK. The only 'sorting' between the 2 brands was pretty much a divider on the conveyor belt. One side went in Wolf boxes, the other side went in SK boxes. All off the same machine and lot run.

So, looking for Wolf Match Target with that lot number should be the exact same ammo. Another needle in a hay stack, but another needle, none the less.
Another option is to try to find a 'sister' lot, one number up or down, from your current number. Sometimes, not all times, a sister lot will shoot as good as the primary lot of known performance.

Hope this helps.

I have 6 boxes of lot 126 47-1 224 4.
The guy I bought it off of had a case.
If interested I can see what he has left.

I'd recommend lot testing new ammo, and then buying in large quantity when you land on a good one. The chances of finding a lot number from 10 years ago is next to zero.

I agree, that would be the best approach. Even if he finds the old lot, how much will there be, and how was it stored over the years?
