Graf and sons have the 136Ls in. Not quite the BC of the 139 but wouldn't make much diff inside 1000 yds.

If you are not having any luck you can try Peter at Hirsch Precision up here in Canada.

Not sure if the shipping would be cost prohibitive but the last time i bought a 1000 of the 139's he still had a vast supply left.
