Looking for Picatinny to Picatinny clamp that is dimensionally correct.

I am working on something that requires a (two actually) Picatinny to Picatinny clamp that is dimensionally correct.

Machined, rather than cast.

As an example, here is a pic of one from A3 Industries that is machined but it is also out of stock.
