Looking for help to learn what I've got.

I found this in a box of stuff I picked up somewhere. I know it's a shooting glove.

What I'm wondering is if this is for high power, rimfire, etc?

Is it worth anything? I need to start clearing out this type of stuff that just sits around. But is it even worth my time to try and sell?

Thanks

It is usable for any discipline. Better for sitting and prone for me. Depending upon it's size one can wear another glove with this one over it for the utmost padding for long strings of slow fire prone with less hand pain. 10-X is a classic brand and well made.

It looks like an old shooting mitt that I used in high-power shooting before I bought a glove.. You wrap the sling around it to protect your hand.....cya

I'm a sling prone shooter and gloves are widely used both in big bore and small bore disciplines.
The one you are showing looks very old and nowadays it has been improved by many other manufacturers.
Today, we rather prefer stronger, stiffer ones to avoid vein pulsations to get transmitted to the gun and to enable our poor hand to better support, with less pain, the competition.

Ahh, the old 10X mit. It used to be my favorite for High Power sitting and prone. Very comfortable. It's given way to the gloves of today but is still quite viable in my opinion.
